The MBA in Human Resource Management is aimed at recent graduates motivated to embark on a career path within Human Resources. Along the way you deal with all the issues of management and development of people and the fundamentals of business management. This Master allows entry qualified companies or consulting firms ( 80% of placement within 6 months ) due to the extremely high quality of the lectures and the company experiences made directly from Personnel Directors.
In the first part of the training are studied issues of general management that provide an overview of the company. In the second part of the Master provides tools for people management thanks to the testimonies and lectures of Personnel Directors, consultants and academic excellence from three universities ( University of Bologna, Ferrara and Modena-Reggio Emilia ), in addition to the partnership with the Italian Association of Personnel Directors (AIDP). The internship in the company concludes the educational program.
The Master in Human Resource Management provides 1500 hours of learning of 12 months of study, divided into 360 hours of lecturing, estimated 540 hours of individual study, and 600 hours of internship.
The structure of the Master is divided into three cycles:
- First cycle: December 2014 – April 2015
- Second cycle: May 2015 – July 2015
- Stage: September 2015 – December 2015
In the first cycle is to highlight issues of general management, so as to provide an overview on the company and provide the logic with which managers operate. The courses of the second cycle covering all major areas of the Personnel Department in an interdisciplinary perspective.
